Has anyone here tried doing the Master Cleanse also known as the Lemonade Diet?

How long did you stay on it?

How successful were you?

Did you feel better and lose weight?

Any tips you would like to share I would appreciate it!Has anyone here tried doing the Master Cleanse also known as the Lemonade Diet?
okay so i decided to go al out and just do this diet, get clean, and then lose even more weight after it was over.

first of all, it is EXPENSIVE. the maple syrup is between 25 and 30 dollars, lemons are a dollar or so each (and you need like 40) cayenne is about 10 bucks, and then you need tea and purified water. all in all, it is about 100 dollars to do this diet for 10 days.

i was super pumped and ready to do it mostly because i wanted to detox (not so much for weight loss). i read all about it on the internet and decided if there were tons of people who could do it, so could i.

i made it 2 days....well one full day, and day 2 until about 6 pm. THIS DIET IS HARD. no joke. you don't feel hungry really, and you don't get dizzy or feel faint, but even after 2 days my cravings were INTENSE.

i wish i could have continued to do the diet, but a few days ago i found myself thinking ';god today would be day 4 on that diet.....and i am so glad i am not doing it anymore.'; it is just too hard to only drink that lemon drink alllll dayyyy longgggg.

i'm just warning you, i was SO ready to go through with ten days of it, and convinced i could do it and i couldn't. unless you really really really are 100% that you can drink lemon water for the next ten days and resist all images and scents of food, i would say spend the 100 dollars and best of luck. if not, just try diet and exercise, or even a different sort of cleansing program. GNC has detox kits, and the fat flush plan is a diet that is also a detox/cleanse that involves food detoxing your bodyHas anyone here tried doing the Master Cleanse also known as the Lemonade Diet?
I've never tried it, but it sounds interesting. Although I don't care for lemons a whole lot, I am going to check it out. Have a good day!
where did you here of this diet?
i would discourage you trying on that type of diet.

Acidic food and drinks such as lemonade is extremely bad for your teeth. The acids would cause erosion to the teeth enamel (outermost surface of the tooth) that gives it's whitish colour.

long term ingestion makes it worse.

please take good care of health inculding teeth!

may you have best of health. :)
