anyone have any experiences with the master cleanse? how many days did you do it for?Master cleanse?
It was HELL. I made it to the middle of day four, but it was well worth it. It cleared my skin, made my skin softer, and reduced my sugar cravings. I am thinking I am probably going to do it again soon...maybe I will make through to 10 days this time.Master cleanse?
oh god! i rember my mum doing one,she had a pepermint war drink and thats it,no food,for 3 weeks..she just got extreamly grumpy and tired all the time!
Yeah, I did it for 7 days. Skin clearer, more motivation, I exercised a lot, it felt like I could do anything.
The first 3 days were hell.... if you can make it past those days, you are home free.

Hi yes Ive done it and I made it sadly 3 days the first time. Then I did it again after downloading the free ebook and made it. I lost almost 20 lbs and havent gained it back, but I cant drink lemonade for a while lol.
