My family and I were in Cuba for two weeks at the beginning of February. We all came back with a parasite and have been doing a parasite cleanse to get rid of it. Now, I'm about to start The Master Cleanse for the first time. I'm wondering if I should stop taking my vitamins and the parasite cleanse supplements for the 10 days or not?
