tell me the diet and tell me what it does. i dont what want a diet where it includes eating solids. only drink liquids just like the master cleanser.Do you know a diet similar to the Master Cleanse?
I think the best is still Master Cleanse Diet. I have tried it myself. Master Cleanse is really a good detox program but it is not advisable to do it frequently. I would advise twice a year would be good enough. More benefits on Master Cleanse Diet can be found here.
