Whats the recipes and total plan for the Master Cleanse Diet?

I wanna know all the things to drink how much when and stuff like that.


I don't want to hear about how its not going work i just want know what to do to make it work ok thanksWhats the recipes and total plan for the Master Cleanse Diet?
To make the master cleanse diet, you will need:


-2 tbsp lemon or lime juice


-2 tbsp maple syrup


-1/10 tsp cayenne pepper


-8 oz water


This should be taken for at least 10 days and a maximum of 40 days. Drink at least 8 glasses of water for the first and second day. On the second day, you can incorporate vegetables for this, such as legumes, potatoes, celery, carrots, onions and so on. You can also use chilli, curry, cayenne, tomatoes, green peppers and zucchini. don t do it, please dont fall into that trap. just take a fiber pill if your not regular, you dont need to do that CLEANSE THING, dont do it, its all a farse , dont do it,
you drink 2 litres of the syrup drink a day (6 large cups)


You need


the juice of three lemons


140ml of palmtree surup (you can use maple if you don't have that)


1 pinch of cyann peper(or ground ginger)


add water to make it up to two litres





Have a cup of senna tea every eveniung and do a salt flush every morning.


for a salt flush you need


1L warm/hot water


1 level tea spoon of sea salt





drink as much of the 1L as possible and STAY CLOSE TO THE LOO for at least an hour afterwards.


Do not do the salt flush on the first day as your digestive system has not cleard properly and I'll make you feel sick.








Take it easy and make sure you don't have to do any physical work during the diet.
