I know what it is and whats in it but has anyone tried it and if so how did you live for 10 days on just that crap and did it give you the craps bad... cause it cleases the blood and colin?Master Cleanse?
I tried it for about 8 days and I had no side effects at all.The salt flush was a bit uncomfortable but managable.All food cravings stopped after 3 days and I started enjoying the drink.
