Some people have taken Bentonite to help with cleanse or psyllium husk. As far as I've read on the subject, it is not recommended to take a vitamin supplement.Master cleanse?
Look into Isagenix, my sister is on the 9 day program she's already seeing results. Judge for yourself 鈥?a href=''http://www.health4u.isagenix.com'' rel=''nofollow''>http://www.health4u.isagenix.com
MASTER CLEANSE YOUR WALLET!!! You don't need a master cleanse. You could lose the acid balance in your system by messing with that stuff. If you want to cleanse yourself. Give yourself an enema, or eat extra fiber. Ever wonder why it's not FDA approved? Ask your DR. I have seen the inside of some patient's colons and stomachs and all they do is take laxative to cleanse themselves before a procedure and it is EMPTY. Rethink that and continue your research.
In the book it states the all the supplements are in the lemonade and taking the supplements will only fail to produce the results u want. You are cleansing your body. I personally tried the diet i did lose weight but even on the laxative tea and couldn't go to the bathroom so i had to stop the diet. It was the hardest 4 days of my life i will tell u that. And i didn't feel all that great i actually felt kinda sick. But on the supplements it says vitamins do not grow on trees as such but rather come to us in fruits, berries, vegetables and plants. Man will never take a group of natural or synthetic foods: process and combine them in a variety of products and come up with anything equal or better than the original and the original is the grade b organic syrup has the supplements hope that helps!
Good luck with it, a regular multi-vitamin ike Women's One a Day is probably sufficient!
