im on my 3rd day. I had three apple turnovers and a cup of noodles and i feel so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG. what will happen to my body now. Because i feel like crap. Im going to start it again tommorow. Will anything bad happen to my body?What will happen if i cheat on the master cleanse?
Nothing bad will happen, you just have to start all over. It's a bit of a strain on your organs when you've eaten well, then eat a bunch of crap, but start over! When you've finished the cleanse, go back to your regular diet gradually, not all at once!What will happen if i cheat on the master cleanse?

The master cleanse is fake. It's BS. All ';detoxing'; diets and fasting are pointless.

well you are supposed to add food back into your diet GRADUALLY after being on that diet becuase your body is no longer used to digesting solid foods.
i think you will be fine, but cheating on the fast is defeating the purpose. you are supposed to be cleaning out your system. now you just went and added back some more garbage.

what's the master cleanse? I don't think anything catastrophic will happen... you will be ok.
Mr. master cleanse will come to your home and beat the living crap out of you! But this is why you bought this junk so good luck.
