Well, that is normal, all these ';detox'; cleanses are just laxatives.
Nobody need to detox anyway, it is all nonsense and does not do your body any good. The inventor of the Master Cleanse diet was actually convicted of second degree murder due to the death of a client following his diet plan,
It is not okay to have diarrhoea. You will dehydrate yourself and have electrolyte in-balance in your blood which can lead to heart attack and death.
Stop the Cleanse process, drink water. If you can find an open drug store, buy some Pedilyte powder to mix with the water to restore your electrolyte balance.
They don't tell you but this is normal with a cleanse. The theory, which i full of poo, is that your intestines are spackled with gunk that makes you fat. Its all a bunch of crap. The human body, is a wonderful piece of machinery. The intestines, liver and kidneys do all the detox you need. You don't need to waste your $$$ on drinking salt water, or Maple Syrup, Lemon Juice and Cayenne or any other ';detox';.
