I think you can eat after 10 days on the master cleanse. And even then it is only orange juice. Then the next day it is vegatable soup. You have to work your way up to solid food again. I work for doctors and they don't recommend it. They said it is very unhealthy.When can you eat if youre trying the Master Cleanse?
I don't think you can eat at all on Master Cleanse.
You just have to drink those nasty ';shakes';.
