no stores in my town have grade b organic maple syrup. the only thing i could find was 100% pure maple syrup. but it didnt say grade B. is it pointless to do the cleanse if you just use maple syrup for pancakes?What if i dont have grade B syrup for the master cleanse?
Any grade well do. But grade b is best. If you really can't find the maple syrup. You can substitute with sugar cane extract. I recommend you download the book. It well really help. But here is more info.
