What exactly is the Master Cleanse diet and what do you do?

I tried that and whimped out the first day. It's the worst thing I ever tried. Gross!





Well, basically you make a daily concoction of grade B molasses(not the sugary store kind) and fresh, preferably organic lemons or limes(not bottled)and cayenne pepper and drink about eight cups of the crap a day. If that is not bad enough, the program suggests you have a quart of warm water with a tablespoon of sea salt(not regular table salt) and drink that swiftly so that it flushes you out. Then they want to torture you further with ';smoothe move';senna laxative tea in the evening(one cup). This insanity is all the nourishment you are aloud for a minimum of 10 days.





Personally, I think a regular old fashioned water fast is better if you need to clean your system.
