Can you do the Master Cleanse without the morning and evening drinks?

Hi, i'm interested in doing the master cleanse, but i was wondering if it will still work without the saltwater flush in the morning and the laxative tea at night. Has anyone tried it that way?





what's the recipe for the tea anyways? i haven't been able to find it.

Yes it will work, however, you will find that you have better results if you do the morning and evening routines. Taking a laxative will speed up the detoxing process, and help your body eliminate waste.





I believe that the tea should be either a Laxative Tea or a decaffeinated Natural Herbal Tea - either of which can be purchased from your local health food store.
