Will it help me loose more weight?Can i work out during the lemon/master cleanse diet?
I had a friend that did the master cleanse and she could not bring herself to work out at all while she did it. She was an insufferable bi**h and was impossible to be near. She said that when she did the hot salt water in the morning she couldn't plan to do anything for a least an hour after because she was tied to the toilet. She lost 10 lbs by doing it and then, when she started eating again, she gained all 10 lbs back after 3 days, even with eating healthy. She was wayyyyy too exhausted to work out after the third day.Can i work out during the lemon/master cleanse diet?
You have to to try and limit the damage to your metabolism, but I really would not recommend the diet. Please read the article below before you proceed with the diet, it really is not good for you in the long term.
