I suggest you read this article written on Squidoo about this guys experience with the cleanse...amazing!





It was actually my inspiration to try the cleanse. It was much easier than I expected. I guess it was good that I was always hearing that the cleanse was so hard. It does take discipline, but you'll quickly see it's well worth it.





I suggest that you take the time to get your head wrapped around the fact that you won't be eating for 10 days! My fist attempt, I lasted only six days =0(





After that, I was able to do the 10 days with with little to no food craving...it was amazing!





I read the article, then decided to but the book. That book IS the Master Cleanse bible. I highly recommend it!What website do I use to get started on the Master Cleanse?
