What all comes out of your body during the master cleanse?

Does everyone have this mysterious black rope come out? It suppose to be a disgusting thing from the colon wall.What all comes out of your body during the master cleanse?
The simple answer is ';toxins and waste';. Most of what comes out of the colon will simply be poop, but if it's a full body cleanse, there may also be misc junk that is getting purged from your system. I have heard of people who have taken whole body cleanses and have purged some heavy metals out of their system, but usually it wouldn't be very much of them if there were.


I've never heard of a ';mysterious black rope'; coming out, but it could have just been a long string of black/darker poop. I know when I eat a lot of meat (without much else), my stools get really dark and could look black, so that may be all it was.What all comes out of your body during the master cleanse?
The mysterious black rope stuff is the colon cleanse itself. It congeals in your colon, forming a nice cast, and makes you think OMG I need to do this again sometime.
What you're describing sounds like ';mucoid plaque.';

Never had that... however I have had many parasites and what look to be egg sacks..very gross I must say...
