Can you substitute sea salt for epsom salt while on the lemonade master cleanse?

My friend is starting the lemonade master cleanse. She doesn't know what kind of salt water flush to use and neither do I. She was told to use the sea salt but it wasn't really do the job. So she heard that the Epsom salt would work better but I thought that was used for the liver cleanse. Should she use that or the sea salt. Also what are some brand types for the sea salt?Can you substitute sea salt for epsom salt while on the lemonade master cleanse?
You can use either sea or epsom salt for the flush. I would advise using the epsom salts because you will have MUCH better eliminations with the epsom salts.





I don't know any brand names off hand, but I would suggest shopping at Whole Foods if you happen to have one in your area.





I would also suggest you read an article on the Master Cleanse. I read it and found the information to be extremely helpful.
