Master cleanse is to rid your body of toxins, sugar is one of those toxins. Hold your nose and gulp it down, but don't do this if it's hot. It's a cleansing tea. You can stick a whole waffle in it! It will come back out in the am!! LOL Just pinch your nose and gulp or use sugar.
