Well I'm planning to go on the master cleanse. And I can only do it during the weekend, but I was hoping to also do it and eat regular food. Will it do anything bad or is it just pointless? PLEASE NO CRITISISIM!How bad is it to eat during the Master Cleanse?

i almost didi that cleanse and it seemed insane to me, like lemonade with cayeen pepper, ewww???
just stick with normal foods and less of em' good luck
