I do the salt water flush in the morning and started the lemonade but do I only drink one or I drink multiple ones during the day ? Also, would it be bad to take ephedra pills along with the cleanse?I am doing the master cleanse diet but how many times a day do I drink the lemonade ? ?
you should drink 8-12 8oz glasses of the lemonade a day. you didn't mention the herbal laxative tea, you should be drinking a cup before bed every night. I would not take the ephedra while on the cleanse.
