I read in the ingredients on the Arizona Hot Tea label that it contains licorice root which is actually a laxative. Do you think I could substitute it for a senna tea until I can get some senna?Can I Use Arizona Tea as A Laxative for my Master Cleanse Diet?
I wouldn't.
Arizona tea has high fructose corn syrup and what not in it which is what we are trying to flush out of the body in the first place lol
Head to Price Chopper or something... you can pick up a thing of Smooth Move laxative tea for like... 4 or 5 bucks.
